I must have bought these balls in the "2000 - 2014" era when 40mm balls were introduced for the first time but they were still produced in celluloid material. It's 2025 and i still play with them, they don't bounce as high as JOOLA 40+ training balls and they are not well suited for use in table tennis robots like the Omega or the Nova, so to me they're only good for returnboard training. My box was a pack of 100 balls with barcode number 4039016066782, titled "art. no. 162291 PX ball white, ANDRO Dortmund, Germany, Made in China", while another sticker said "16229600 / andro px-ball / orang" lol, and back then (i dunno exactly which date or year, sorry!) i had paid 25.90€ , which is the same price i pay nowadays for JOOLA 40+ Training. Obviously these 40mm celluloid balls are not produced nor sold anymore, and i'll be glad when mine are dead, because they are not compatible with my table tennis robots. The Omega doesn't shoot them out far enough, and the Nova shoots them out too far, argh!
