Gewo Double Star SLP 40+

- It's a mystery to me why this ball was rated so much lower (in front of me!) by two other people!!! Since the introduction of the POLY ball, our club has played with the NITTAKU Premium 40+ (ball with seam!), the most expensive and probably the best ball on the market. A few weeks ago I played with the Gewo Double Star SLP 40+ for the first time during training and I was thrilled. This ball (without seam!) is not only harder but also faster than the Nittaku. Since this is a 2 star ball, it is not suitable for competitive play, but it is definitely an excellent HARD and fast training ball. He is almost always 100% round and also very cheap !!! - unfortunately I can't say anything about durability yet. Conclusion: and I can't remember ever playing a faster ball !!! Anyone who plays with hard and fast balls in their league games (... but doesn't want to use them in training because they are too expensive) should definitely try this ball out. Addendum: I will soon compare this training ball with the also very hard Gewo Ultra SLP 3-Star 40+ and add to my review.
