Speed rubbers with hard sponges are not suitable. Same for tacky rubbers.

After having tested this blade with so many rubbers, I was kinda disapointed by it until I eventually found the rubbers that suits this so special blade : Calibra Tour M. The combination is amazing. The Tour M is so linear that it makes even the iolite Neo (balsa core blade) a linear blade. And once this ultra fast blade becomes linear it has ALL and attacker can dream about : neutral throw, absolute power, amazing dwell time, amazing spin, amazing consitency and the light weight. It become so easy to make your top spins powerfull. Issue is to find a second one, very hard to find now in 2015......

I think the blade has a very soft feel. That is, what totally irritated me in the beginning. It is very light, still very fast and not at all stiff like the usual carbon blade. I have kept it, because I like the soft feeling and will try to use it again. Definitely faster than Innerforce ULC, ZLC, ZLF and Gergely alpha. Maybe a little slower than Schlager Carbon Off+

my set up with these blade fh- sriver G2fx and yasaka new era. top spin- this is the most explosive area of this blade. Power blade. feel- this is the grey area of this blade. Because of its speed it feels the ball just catapult and bounce back without the feel and dwell time. blocking- you need more time drilling to get use to this blade. smashing- great for this category. for offensive minded and always on the look out for an offense opportunity then definitely this blade is for you. Practicality wise, cost less than the arylate carbon of other butterfly brand. I once tried iolite for about 20 minutes iolite neo's predecessor the blade is heavy about 94 gms. Iolite neo is much lightweight and more updated on design.
