Excellent for players developing power swings. But because I have to use whole body instead of local movements, the 'control' is actually harder. (more joints and muscles involved for ultra slow bat, increase demand on coordination under increased demand for strength and speed; the vibration is bigger but to my brain small vibration and big vibration are treated as the same signal - like small traffic light vs big ones). With Hurricane long 5, the professional, the old and the amateur all like it because it is developed for modern table tennis! How could gross motor control on slight better vibration match fine motor control, also the Chinese winners likely prefer the control that cannot be observed, that is- all shots look the same, but spin and placements and speed went crazy with small movements. calderano off + definitely has better control than off -. While with this Calderano Foco off -, it almost function like a gym equipment. I'll stick to gym tool because ultimately - six pack is what I want! ...... plus making sexy sounds as i play... eh, eh, eh.... ahh! If Long V is F15, Octcharov Carbo speed Mig23, Foco+ is Harrier AV8B, Foco- is Cessna. So I suggest men play Foco-, women take long V. Most trainer will claim Cessna has more 'control' out of all.
