(Descrition is not from package). All-wood Kiso Hinoki, similar to the regular "Darker 7P-2A.7t" but with Carbon ONLY in the handle. Discontinued, last time the model appeared was in 2012.
It was part of a set of regular Darker blades with added carbon in the handle to deal better with vibrations and produce more control.

I also own the models "7p-2a 7t" and "7p-2a df". Behaves very similar to the 7T version (you can read about her to complement this evaluation). The concept of carbon only in the handle to help stabilize the vibrations seems good... however, the one I own appears to have a little more vibrations than the other two models I own. Furthermore, in the warm-ups on table (just beating the ball with regularity) I have the sensation that ocassionally, the response is different and the rebound has variations. Perhaps is due to accumulated irregular frequencies in the handle or perhaps is some small "defect" in constrution in the one I own. In game, this frequencies variation doesnt affect the behaviour. Discontinued, you can still find it in Hong-Kong online stores. I paired it with Xiom's: FH Vega Asia DF, BH Vega Europe. Found no advantages and I prefer the regular model "7T".
