Speed is enough, control is good also. I paired Yinhe Mercury II (on Backhand) Red rubber with 2,2mm thickness and Medium sponge hardness. And for the forehand, i use Dawei Saviga Yellow. I'm a beginner Who like to do backhand loop and pushes Ball. The blade is fit for close to the Table and pretty good for mid distance. I think if i change the FH rubber with fast rubber like Fastarc G1 or maybe Andro Rasanter R47, it Will be much better for Spin, Smash, long distance shot, and service. Really recommended for the Price, you guys can compare to Stiga Clipper wood. This Palio Energy 02 is great All Wood blade. I got for $11.

I try this blade, its nice for player who want to expand their skills when your wallet are thin this is the solutions, blade with 5 plywood,it give you a nice control so you need take a fast rubber to make it better. DONT Judge a stuff from a price because expensive stuff isn't always good for you
