This is a general looping drill for the forehand that moves you in three different locations, all using the forehand loop.

  1. Standard Position.
    Loop from your starting position.
  2. Backstep.
    The next ball comes to your backhand, so you must take a backstep (left if you're a right-hander) to forehand loop it. Optionally have two balls aimed at this location.
  3. Deep Reach.
    The next ball will be to your deep forehand, making you reach (right if you're a right-hander). This is even further than your starting position.
