It takes more time for me to master this kind of med pimples since I am a inverted rubber user both fh and bh, but I want to explore different kinds of pips out rubber, that's why I bought it. The one I used is a 1.8mm sponge and it so fast if you are near the table the control is good and the return ball for top spin shot is little been confusing to the opponent side. This 1.8mm thickness is for players who has a ability to score a point in a short period of time and if your are not good in doing cutting or chopping shot, I suggest not to move far from the table and you need to develope your control so that ball placement will no be a big problem for you.
