Armstrong Attack 3

The Amstrong 3m atack was in my closet for a good 7 years - after the first attempt, after 7 years, I came back to it. I have black on 1.0 undercoat on clipper wood. I used to play long pip ox before - it's a very good rubber to go from long pip to SP. It has super control and you can generate custom rotation from it. In the block, it reverses the rotation a bit, which is very confusing for the opponent. As the name suggests, it is easy to attack with it - I suppose you can spin Amstrong and slightly top-pin - but because of my bh playing skills and a thin 1.0 sponge, I do not loop up. It is such a great rubber to block and hold the game with a punch in order to bring out topspin fh and attack - it has quite thick suppositories and low - something between sticky pimples and anti-spin style, i.e. all or all + with 1.0 primer. the same sponge as in the slice 40 yellow

I've been playing with Spectol but bought one to try. Allows easy attack of opponent services and pushes, top spin blocks are very disturbing. Most of the times the next attack from opponent is sent to the net. Service returns are easy but opponent can read easily the return and send strong attack. Surprisingly, rubber lost most of the speed after 3 months of use; still will try again.
