Picked this up to try out short pips on FH, largely to work on hitting balls on the rise. Somewhat low throw, but still feels like inverted (possibly because of the tension helps here), great for aggressive play close to the table with a bit more focus on placement. Service isn't too great, but it can generate a bit of spin. Seems like it's designed for penhold play, as there's a pipless area above the label for the index finger to rest.
Seems to be a pretty awesome FH choice that can more or less keep up with inverted at the looping game while still keeping up the explosive close game. e: switched back to H3 on FH after a few weeks. Still a great rubber, but can't loop and serve like inverted. Its still probably the best short pips, and I wouldn't hesitate to use it again if I wanted to mix things up.
