Kokutaku 110 with Chinese Sponge has a bizzare effect on incoming spin and balls that are hit flat will sink with lazy or no spin. Excellent medium pimple out rubber for offensive game. With better deception than the short pimple rubbers and good speed. The spin is low.

Excellent medium pimple out rubber for offensive game. This version has the harder Chinese sponge, which is faster and less spin, but with better deception than the short pimple rubbers. This pips have less control but the deception is excellent!
Kokutaku 110
I've tried this version and japanese sponge version. They are totally different and a mix of the two version would be perferct. Classical 110 is too hard and japanese version too soft ... Classical is an attack type medium pips but there is no advantage using it compared to short pips because it doesn't offer anything more than short pips. Speed is fast, control is medium. Defense is difficult because of the speed and deception is not really good. japanese version is very nice for defense and fake topspins. Spin reverse is excellent, deception is good for a medium. However, the negative aspect is that blocking is difficult with japanese sponge if you don't have perfect legs and technic. In conclusion, 110 classical is attacking rubber but not so good and 110 japanese is defense style and very powerfull if you are technically and physically good.

I love the Speed. This rubber is more like shortpips than longpips. The spin is good for pips out rubber, especially for Chop, yeah.. even this rubber is fast, it's still easy to do chop. I like this rubber, especially for fast attacks.
Not sure to use this rubber to block, because the deception and reversal is not like longpips. I give 6/10 poin for deception and reversal. The characteristic from this rubber is more like ShortPips.
