This rubber was a nice surprise. I was playing with a 1,0m sponge. Before testing it, my thought was that I was going to stay close to the today and block to see if this had any reversal and push-block potential being a long pimple player myself. The blocks were funny, as soon as my partners started to loop against it they all complained of very unpredictable bounces and dead balls although there was almost no reversal. The rubber seemed to absorb the incoming spin very well and when it was my turn to put away a dead ball the rubber behaved pretty well, I played against a chopper and it was nice to hit against chopped balls with a little wrist motion just a bit different from the long pimples. Chopping far from the table required a lot of precision. If was difficult to put the ball on the table at first although when I was able to get some consistency and keep the ball low it was extremely difficult for my opponents to return the ball. Overall I liked the rubber more when played at the table for its deception.
