This is the most recent revamped and "power-packed" version of the highly popular TSP Spectol. These highly elastic SPEED orientated short pimples are really great for fast close to the table dynamic counter attacking. These are 'large' size pimples out with a roughened top.

TSP has managed to give this elastic pimple out rubber more speed by the addition of the fast and firmer Speed Sponge. Most suitable for direct attacking at the table. This sponge makes this rubber more suitable for fast drives against loops, with maximum speed advantage, and it makes it easier to produce knuckle balls.

45 degree white sponge version of Spectol.

I am not agree this is the fastest SP like listed in the list.. Spectol Blue is faster & Red is fastest Surface of pimple look quite similar compare to any Spectol series. The big different is located at their sponge. Here is the info for all Spectol series: Spectol speed 97 35±3(jap. sponge hardness) Spectol Speed speed 102 45±3(jap. sponge hardness) Spectol 21 speed 98 30±3(jap. sponge hardness) Spectol Red speed 107 40±3(jap. sponge hardness) Spectol Blue speed 104 43±3(jap. sponge hardness)

These pips are made for speed as the name would indicate. Be prepared to play at a fast pace as it's hard to put the brakes on these pips. Opening and rolling is fairly easy. Blocking is as good as any pips I have tried. I did not really see that they are very deceptive, at least not in maximum thickness.

i have used different king of Spectol pips, but i always end up using this one. The fastest in the spectol family with some deception when hitting is done correctly. Superb quality. i can recommend it everyday for play, but be warned that it takes some time to get used to its characteristic..

Great rubber for off the bounce hitting and blocking from close to the table. The medium hard sponge means you can use thinner and still have plenty of power. I understand that this is the version used by top players. Be prepared, this is a very high performance rubber, especially on a fast blade.
