I must say the more & play with this LP, the more I like it. I have played with Palio ck531a in OX & sponge, CTT National Pogo OX. This is my favorite OX LP. I have only ever tried the OX version. First off, if you hate gluing flimsy OX LP sheets, then this is your rubber. The base sheet so so thick, I glue this on with just a layer of rubber cement on the blade and stick it on. No shriveling up. It's amazing. I would say this is an all-around versatile, safe LP. This LP is so very slow. And that's a good thing. Chop blocks close to the table are easy to keep from going long and chops off the table simply have so much time to land as like I said, the speed is very slow. I really like it. While I think this is more of a choppers rubber (truly where it shines) I can also hit with it attacking close to the table. It's not easy but can be done. The reversal is pretty strong on this LP. All in all I highly recommend trying it out. You will be able to do probably anything you like and it's very workable as far as gluing on and I appreciate that.

OX red .. this is a good rubber .. chop blocking .. close and away from table .. .. hard pips .. thick rubber base .. block like inverted on high bouncing loops .. I play with 2 other different brands of long pips .. this as good as any of them .. slow so it will cover up some of your technique flaws .. good feel and touch ..

The worst long pip I have ever tried. The pips are way too hard and the base in OX is so thick you may take it for a sponge.
I could do next to nothing with this rubber despite having combined it with several different blades, some of them pip-friendly. Hitting with it might work, but not with my blades.
I am quite an experienced long pip player, so my opinion can be considered objective.
Maybe the rubber I got is from a bad batch or a fake...
Anyway, I advise anyone considering buying it to pay a little more for a quality material like Giant Dragon Dragon's Talon or about the same as for XiYing for a versatile Dawei 388 D-1, Palio CK, or Galaxy Neptune.
