This is a great beginner bat with good levels of spin and speed to allow players to develop their strokes in a controlled way before moving onto a faster and perhaps spinner rubber/blade. The blade is slow (which is good) but seems to be well made for the price and with decent feel. There are many many options at this €30 price point but for the money I can't fault this bat. I've returned to TT after 25 yrs and as my game returns I'm holding my own against players with much more experience and better, far more expensive rackets so this will do me for another 6 mths at least. With good players battering their BH to my BH side I can block return or flick return with just enough speed and accuracy with this bat so long rallies are possible and lots of fun on the training table. FH loops are at correct speed with this while I relearn the stroke to have consistency. Attacking has enough speed to put even better players in trouble when u get it right so I see no need for anyone to spend more money on anything to start with. I see a return to Mark V, or Mark V M2 (which I used 25 yrs ago) with a faster blade in my future but until then this is great.
