Same quality cut Wang Liquin uses. Sponge and too sheet are softer than commercial H2 and Neo H2.
This rubber was untuned and will need to be with the stuff or
End up like Wang Liquin. Best ping pong player
In the world if he is allowed to speed glue lol

Tuned only once, with heavy parafin oil, then locked it in with 10 layers of some really smelly Chinese haifu water based glue. Throw angle is still low however the softer sponge seems to provide more gears for passive topspin counter attacking. This has worked well for me on and off the table. I recommend this rubber for aggressive style players who attack close to the table within mid distance. Great spin on serves giving u more third ball opportunities to score. Mid to long range forehand looping is difficult due to low throw and heavy spin characteristics so I hit high counters which seem to always land deep and bounce high. I actually like this rubber for off the table counter looping.

First of all, all DHS "national" rubbers in the market ain't tHe real thing, they are just copies or imitations of the nationals pros use, because, nationals are exclusive for CHN national players ONLY. They are VERY LIMITED. You can never buy those, don't be HYPED by others who say what's you gonna get is Genuine unless you get it personally from Ma Long, WLQ, etc. So the issue of what you might buy being fake or genuine is out of the question. Anyway, all fakes are designed or made after the real ones, so chances are, its properties were copied from no other than the real thing. Which make this indeed still a great rubber.. take it as consolacion. This version of H2, whether it be blue sponge or orange, is no doubt good. But still less user friendly than the H3 nat. It throws the ball straight, arc-less. So driving works best in this, with brush loops, its kinda harder because of the low arc, less catapult effect. But if you can manage, the ball will be loaded with spin. Whereas in h3, its easy to brush, quite harder to drive, because of the high throw/arc. Etc.

I like this better than the Neo h3 national cut with the blue sponge. Seems to not throw the ball as far with a lower trajectory.
