A very good, if not better, chinese rubber tat is an outsider. It costs about 18 Euro, so for the performance/ ration it is a winner.

Very nice rubber. compatible to DHS H3. it has a more elastic sponge so it is livelier and faster. topsheet is tacky but not as much as H3 but still lots of spin. Throw is quite a bit lower than H3. DO NOT get the black version from TTNPP! I've ordered 2 on separate occasions, both had the topsheet coming lose from sponge after 2weeks or so. For some reason to red ones I got from ttnpp don't have the same problem. Definitely try this if you like tacky rubber and looking for a faster alternative to H3.

I replaced my h3 provincial with this rubber and I think it works better, its faster, softer and can play all strokes. Serving is great, short game is great. Looping is very good, close and far from the table. I would rate this rubber higher than tenergy even though is a bit slower.

I give a 6 the rubber is good for spin with good control, but slow; I have one 2,2mm in FH and one 2,2mm in BH; in the second one the rubber has detached from sponge after 3 (three!!!) hours of play
