Skyline TG (Technology Generation) 2. Control+Spin. Spin or not, strong or weak, delicate change in blink. Skyline 2 rubber made with new technique brings fresh experience of loop with quick-attack. Colloid combined with acerbity and glutinosity has distinguished friction, which is completely different from Chinese traditional rubbers and can create powerful and changeable spin. Power and energy would break out continually for unique pimple structure and elastic colloid so that changeful spin is more steady and threatening. Representative: Ma Lin.

Good rubber to play with on backhand

I had this with dhs h3 on my first pre made bat. Very spinny without loads of effort needed. Speed is fast but is balanced by adequate control. In my opinion, it is better than h3 but I don't have solid, consistent strokes. Very good for beginners and intermediates that want a good spinny, controlled rubber. Not very good for chops or pushes as the ball bounces off at a high angle, very fast.

DO NOT BUY THIS RUBBER TO PLAY AWAY FROM THE TABLE! You will get frustrated since balls will go to the net every time. You have to hit very hard in order to pass balls. If you play close to the table, that is a different story. You will get very good control over the ball and you can brush the ball to get great effect. Is the hardest rubber i've ever played with (i've always played with chinese rubbers). The sound is very nice.

Pros: ¢ It's affordable. ¢ Lasts a long time. ¢ Spin is above avearge, even on a stiff blade. (May work well on a high-flex blade looking at its spin characteristics.) Cons: ¢ It's heavy. ¢ It has a dead feel. ¢ Speed is low (especially when unglued.) Overall this rubber is good for its price and for players who don't mind tacky and heavy rubbers to play with. It's a good looping rubber to consider if product price is an issue. But for drives, it's not that good. It's pretty slow.
