Maximum attacking precision.
The variation of the COPPA X series with a medium hard sponge. Even better ball control and feel with high speed and spin. The precision and control of COPPA X1 is second to none. The ideal rubber for most attacking players. Basic character: fast high precision spinny rubber, perfect touch. Player's style: offensive with fast topspin, half-distance play
It is actually pretty nice rubber. I expected something faster but it's actually very close to Baracuda. It has a medium-low throw angle, speed oriented low arc and medium hardness sponge. The only problem I had with it was brushing and playing against choppers (it has a non tacky spin insensitive surface). For using it's full spin potential you need to push little bit harder and get the ball sink into the sponge. If you like this characterictic, it might be a good weapon for you. My overall rating is 8.5 which means a very good rubber but it's not perfect. It doesn't excel in any characteristic (you can find faster and more spiny rubbers on the market) but it's cheap and gets the job done well.
this is a speed and control oriented rubber with average spin.
the short game is incredible. I mean unreal.
control is unbelievable. very forgiving.
plays like coppa x2 but harder and faster, so it is more appropriate for forehand.
medium-low throw. lower than acuda s2, a bit lower than s1. the same as coppa x2.
spin insensitive, great for blocking, driving and hitting. this is the opposite of acuda: block is nonlinear and unpredictable with acuda.
I use it on forehand because speed and spin insensitivity is needed in the rally. (on bh I have coppa x2 for the same reason)
good for power looping and opening, you miss few balls due to spin insensitivity-- and your loops will be effective because of speed and low throw.
sponge hardness is 45. coppa x2 is 42.5, like acuda s2. acuda s1 is 47.5.
