Excellent all-round rubber with medium speed, high spin and high control. I use on FH in 1.8 on an OFF- all wood blade which provides a good balance between the high control necessary for consistent chopping whilst having sufficient speed and spin for topspin strokes. Ideal for a 50/50 balance between backspin/topspin. Choose 1.5 if you are more of a chopper. There are better rubbers for primarily aggressive attacking styles.

A great rubber for the choppers. This rubber emerges as the best with 1.5 mm sponge and in black. With thicker sponges it is faster and does not suit the defenders. With 1.2 mm sponge it throws up too low a throw to permit attacking strokes. Good on all wood and carbon blades and average on Balsa blades. Tried on Re-Impact Taipan, Joola Chen Defender, Butterfly JSH, Grubba Pro, and many other defensive / all round blades. Lasts pretty longer. Very effective for a period of 3 months with a daily use of 2 Hours. After that the tack is lost and the rubber becomes inconsistent and the spin generated rapidly falls. Being a third generation SGE rubber it is superior to Tackiness Chop, Chop and Drive and similar other older rubbers. Worth trying. In the Red version this rubber is less tacky. The rubber has good surface friction and that compensates. Spin is equally good. This rubber should be rated as one of the heavier varieties. Good luck!!
