Earth 2 compared with yinhe’s other rubbers Mercury 2 and moon as well as the popular DHS hurricane 3. Played on yinhe 896 blade backhand medium version 2mm. This rubber is less tacky than mercury and hurricane but more than moon. The catapult effect from this rubber is minimal but not dead like the mercury is. There is a bit more speed in this rubber and yet I still enjoy the control it offers. To top it off it is significantly lighter and more durable than its little brother the mercury. The mercury usually breaks into chunks while peeling from blades. Compared with hurricane, it is much lighter and has a softer sponge with slightly more initial catapult. For its price, if you’re looking for a good entry level custom setup, this is an affordable, dependable rubber.

A new generation YinHe rubber with porous sponge and a very nice elastic top sheet. I ve put it an an around+ blade (Stiga allround evolution) to avoid misjudge the speed. Rubber has a very good dwell time and it's spinny with medium speed. Other impressions will come soon.
