By making the surface of top sheet as thin as possible, whose difference to other rubbers is visibly identified by the naked eyes, the longer pimples can be bend more easily into sponge, while the air compartment of "cake sponge" can attract the force of incoming ball and then expend it again, imparting additional power on the ball much like spring, enabling a high degree of rotation while shaping a higher arc trajectory, also increasing the control in passive playing. This rubber is a perfect combination of high-speed elasticity and great compression.

So I tried this rubber based on some reviews and looking for some more speed over my Xiom Omega V Euro. Well in speed, spin, control it's not any better. However this is very heavy. It completely changed the center of gravity of my paddle and swing speed. It's very good at blocking with good control. I can't say much more about positives over my Xiom other than price. Did I mention this is very heavy.

I received the rubber two days ago. Packing is decent not vacuum packed after opening it did not smell of any volatile fumes. It has black sponge not as porous as tenergy does not curl like other rubbers it lies flat on the surface. Top sheet is dull red in color like that of tibhar 1 Q kind of matt finish. Sponge hardness just about the same as tenergy 05 fx. I use galaxy t4 blade with sonic zones JP gold black max thickness on back hand changed my forehand rubber form tibhar 5 Q to sanwei target pro 40+. Not as bouncing as either 5Q or sonex. The ball bounces 10 times on 5 Q and sonex but only 7 times on 40+. It is heavy which is very noticeable and affects your backside. I am using as forehand so it affected my backhand it seems a little faster. Sound is nice. Counters from near to the table had to keep the blade a little closed. Not much spin on loops when playing near to the table, because of very little dwell time. Far from the table if you power loop or power drive digging the ball deep into the sponge you can generate heavy spin and the ball dips very low. But the throw angle is very low you have to really open up the blade. But the topsheet is not as thin as claimed it is thicker than both sonex and 5 Q but the pimples are thick and just a little it longer. Used it for about 5 hours and it gets a little bouncier.
