The 2nd generation Target National.
Making a great combination of high adhesive top-layer and high elastic rubber; the 2nd generation Target National has been optimized the accuracy and tightness off force transmission between top-sheet and sponge, which makes players to make better and satisfied counterattack with ease. Replenishing the loss of spin and speed after adapting New Plastic 40+ ball. Reliable resistance on counter-attacking. Helping to reduce Unforced Error. This distinctive combination of rubber and sponge could create more advanced ways of playing and receiving tactics, help to get more initiative during intense competition.

Described correctly by Sanwei! Marketing is true in this case regarding the sponge and all. As written, faster than many other Chinese rubbers and generally easier handled than e. g 729 bloom power and NEO 2 skyline. The faster loopes and drives are fast but still the nice control is there. Of course many easy service points with this kind of rubber. Some Boosting is necessary to obtain the desired speed compared to tensors. Overall, a very pleasant surprise. A must try for players who prefer Chinese rubbers but want more "free" speed. Update. Bought a red max and without any booster it is very fast and has catapult, even on non carbon blades. Red version much improved in the last 1,5 years. Some new orange sponge (not blue) which definitely behaves like out of the box hybrids. By far the best chinese rubber Price performance. Very tacky very fast no booster.

My review compares this new Sanwei Target National to unboosted Hurricane 3 neo (H3) and Skyline 2 neo (TG2) and Xiom Vega China (XVC). I wanted to find a rubber to replace unboosted H3 and TG2 because of their lack of speed. The XVC has a very high throw angle compared to H3, TG2, and the new Sanwei Target National. The new Sanwei Target National has a slightly higher throw than H3 and TG2, but this is partly because the ball bounces off faster and farther; when looping the throw angle seems to lower a bit. Overall it's still comparable and your technique will not need to adjust too much. This STN achieved what I wanted: more speed. It's much easier to play flat (e.g blocking) thanks to the speed and the slightly higher throw angle. The rubber still has good spin, it is tacky. I don't think there is a better rubber than TG2 for counterlooping, unfortunately the higher throw and increased speed of STN will make it a bit harder to control counterloops, need to close the racket angle more and account for incoming spin. I used the new STN on both forehand and backhand. I used them on H301 blade, and it was a smooth upgrade in speed compared to unboosted TG2 and H3 on Fang Bo Carbon and HL5. Overall it's a 10/10 rubber for me so far, I strongly recommend it to people who are used to unboosted Chinese rubbers and want to get more speed without sacrificing tackiness, and without boosting. Update: the durability is low, the tackiness has significantly decreased after 2 months even if stored properly (plastic covers) and only playing twice a week. I still use it.

I immediately got the feel from the first spin. The loop is also easy, for counter attacks while maintaining control. More effort is needed to increase the power fan speed on this rubber blower. hope it lasts a long time.

Excelente goma valor precio, uno punto en contra en que es mala para los bloqueos, por lo demás excelente muy versátil

I tried this rubber as an alternative of dhs h3 provincial bs. The main goal was to find a chinese rubber with less weight and similar characteristic. It is a fantastic match, light weight, similar performance. Lower throw angle, and less kick effect, but it fits well for my game. It requires more handspeed, and more strenght. It is better in short receive, shorter, spinnier balls.
