This pro version has the blue sponge vs the original version has the white sponge. Both versions have the same top sheet. I have the 46 degree Break Pro, and 42 degree Break original. I feel the Break Pro has the late bounce than the original version which has early bounce, but the Pro has better power shot when I put more power to it. Maybe the ball dips into blue sponge more which creates more spin to the shot. Looping is easy on both versions. In term of speed, this depends on the blade and the players who play the shot. As for me, on OFF blade, I can play all different shots with this rubber--Powershot with heavy spin, Loop slowly with great spin, flat hit with good speed. Especially it is very difficult for my opponent to block my Loop drive shot with low arc and heavy spin. So this rubber is very training rubber with great control. I can hit Powershot at well, Heavy spin at well, Looping back under spin at well, counter top spin at well. So this is not a magic rubber; if you don't hit hard and play the right stroke, then you won't feel its spin and speed. update: Weight un-cut = 66 grams; cut = 50 grams
