I could not wear this very long because my knees would hurt. There is nothing to them. You can fold them in half. The heel came unglued after 3 weeks. Maybe if your 20 yr old they will work. But myself being 44... not good for the body. No support. At all.

when playing on gym wood floors these shoes are great. light-weight and very grippy. however when playing at clubs that have concrete or other types of flooring i've noticed that the grip is not as great due to collection of dust. every 6 points when im allowed to towel off, i end up toweling off my shoes instead of my body! also like any shoe be sure to get the right size or else you will be fumbling around the court. and if you are american be sure to double check the size conversion charts since this shoe sells in european sizes in most places.

I'd only previously used Stiga shoes (which i found to be pretty awful in comparison) so i was extremely impressed with these, especially for the price, which was reasonable. Very grippy on surfaces other table tennis shoes had struggled with, but also good on a proper surface and very comfortable. They give strong support and while they're not as light as some of the other shoes i've tried, they aren't heavy enough to feel like they would hinder your movement. Overall, very good shoes. I'll happily buy them again.
