Review of Butterfly Timo Boll W7Great control and power, can be a bit dull when looping and quick attacking due to its stubbornness. Very good for topspin play and anti looping due to its solid power of the 7ply. Great blade for beginners because it's hard to make mistakes and receives serves well. Not so good for medium level players who want to improve due to its forgiving nature, a good alternative for intermediate players because the blade is a bit too forgiving on improper strokes The sweet spot is just simply too big,a great alternative for improving players is the butterfly Mazunov. It's certainly not a blade for advanced players because of its dullness. A great alternative for advanced players is the equally hard and stiff is the Stiga rosewood VII.

Review of Butterfly Innershield ZLFBest defensive blade ever, can be used for attacking and even far table counter loop. Performs better than my other two defensive blades overall (Joo Se Hyuk, xiom Aigis) and even attacks better than my all round blade(Stiga AC) in some circumstances . You can't imagine how much power it absorbs on chops and blocks from even the most powerful top spin shots. Very user friendly on chops and forehand lob/blocks. I currently use it with 2.1mm bryce speed fx And TSP curl 3-6mm, it's the best defensive blade for counter attack of that I've tried, it has unrivaled build quality and design and paralleled performance on the other hand, the only drawbacks are the high price and the vibration, flex on impact.

Review of Butterfly Jun Mizutani Super ZLCI received my Mizutani Jun super ZLC in mid July and played it til now. I used T80 and T05 on the forehand in the last 2 month to fine tune the forehand. And defensive pips for chopping on the back hand. It can be said to be a much harder blade than the normal Mizutani ZLC and also much faster! (Which I've used for 6 months last year, I still use it interchangeably now with the super ZLC) . It is faster though less control and has a lower arc. Better for close table flat offense and far table denfence with counter attack. Lacks ability to make good counter attack in medium table due to the low arc, some times the ball just dies into the net in mid table loop to loop. Very easily played in close table as it resists hard spin loops easily and can occasionally smash soft spin loops. These issues can be solved by using hurricane or T05 on the forehand , but then the close table ability drops.
So for me i think with 80, it is good for close and far table and with 05 it is good for mid and close table. With the blade already possessing the power for far table play, I think with the use of T05 along with correct strokes, the blade can be used as an allround weapon like the Nittaku Acoustic carbon . I finally concluded this blade requires alot of skill to play as it has less control than the original Jun Mizutani but it possesses more power and usability in top spin rallies far from the table when the blade is wielded by a capable player. Definitely not a beginner's blade choice due to the speed and the slight lower control. 10/10 for advanced players but maybe a solid 7-8/10 for beginners or developing players.

Review of Dr. Neubauer MatadorOne of the best blades for long pips i have ever tried! Being one of the first people to get this blade (as of July 25th), I should thank Dr. for this amazing product. The first week I used Joola Xplode max on FH and Grass Dtechs OX on BH. I found this blade has absolute control and defense against powerful loops, allows much more reversal than you expect on a wooden blade and also consistent attack against backspin or dead balls opponents throw, this is rare as wooden blades dont usually have much spin reversals. Has similar feel as Petr Korbel but with less power. So I replaced Xplode with Tenergy 80, Now the blade feels a little heavier and ofcourse MUCH more power without of losing much control. Now this is a near perfect long pip blade with good control and power for both defense and offense. Only downside is the power and reversal can be further improved by adding 2 extra plies of harder plies within or increase the thickness of the Walnut outterply.

Review of Friendship/729 C-3The construction material is very bad quality, so easily dented and damaged even to the smallest whack to the table, even with side tape on its easily damaged. It is just too fast and soft to be a good all round blade, it doesn't feel like ALL, it is even faster than the primorac off-. Only thing that's good is when I used it with solcion on my forehand and it would produce the most beautiful sound on impact. Impractical in games due to its bad far table performance. Can be used as a quick attacking close table blade.

Review of Nittaku Barwell FleetOne of the best blade i have ever used! Just a little too expensive !
At the first glance! 7 plywood blade with composite material with a medium hard feel! Top quality but a little bit pricey! Speed/spin characteristics: Very good blade with medium-fast speed and high spin! Don't be fooled by the hard feel, it produces much more spin than any other blades of similar hardness! Very good for lifting backspin balls and chopping topspins! Great control, very large sweet spot!
