Review of JOOLA Flame Extreme

Been using it for 7 years and I can say this is one of the fastest non-carbon blade in the market. You get the feel of 5 plies wood but the speed of carbon blade at the same time. The handling is so comfortable too! To get its maximum potential, I think you should use medium sponge rubber like barracuda.

I am currently using ak47 blue for BH (great) and yinhe apollo 5 for FH (decent) though. I will change the FH with barracuda I think.

Updated: after some researching, I don't recommend baracuda as a FH rubber for this blade, simply because of the high throw angle that cause the ball fly away from the table. I use Nittaku Fastarc G1 now for FH and enjoying the setup. Chinese tacky rubber is also perfect match for this blade but the rubber is usually heavy which I don't like.
