Butterfly Garaydia ALC
Review of Butterfly Garaydia ALCQuite big, catchy handle it's really comfy if you got average/bigger(euro size) handsThis blade is quite special, works great with poly ball (feeling sense) with right rubbers this blade is great offensive blade for controling game. It's not just a looping blade or blocking blade it's a mix of both. Garaydia ALC match perfectly with T05 rubbers, however it will work well with any medium-hard EURO/JAP rubbers. I tried some tacky chineese on forehand (untuned) and they were hard to use due to throw not the speed. Blade has medium throw so anything with medium-high throw will work. Perfect blade for blocking it's as stable as Viscaria and has even more crisp touch. With poly ball I would bet it's one of the most controllable offensive blade for all-around offensive game. You can execute all shots with this blade it shine near to the table, thanks to crisp direct feel. You can block hard attack with slightly closed head (T05max on BH) and vary the pace of ball. Loops look perfectly same if you got right techinque. If you are Tenergy user and poly ball made you mad, maybe Garaydia ALC is the answer, it's just perfect with them. You can't go wrong with this blade. It's premium offensive blade with great control not so springy but has a kick if you want it, very linear, straight and direct. You can play slow spinny loops and then just drive the opponent all around with no worries of too high or too long balls. This blade has all propeties of ALC (great balance between harness and stiffnes - perfect dwell time for modern game) and soft but direct feel of Hinoki with sensational feel of the ball. No vibrations at all, crisp ball contact but not dull. I would rather look for something more flexy if you want to use tacky hard rubber on FH side. I would not reccomend it for a first blade but if you got basics pairing this blade with more controllable rubbers (FX versions, XVE/XVP ect.) and I am sure it will not lack anything. Enough spin, speed and control. A must have!Jun 22, 2016

Butterfly Innerforce Layer ALC

Review of Butterfly Innerforce Layer ALCLike no other composite blade! If you find TBS/VIS/other ALC blades lack the feel of balls Innerforce is an answer!Dwelly like no other ALC, soft woody feel like no other ALC has a kick in mid distance. Really high throw with T05 almost too high (I am thinking about T64 for BH). Works well with hard tacky rubbers. It's quite springy due limba outer. It's a half step down from ALC blades with different placement of ALC layers such as Vis/TBALC/ZJK/MM/TBS. If these are too "composite" Innerforce Layer ALC has enough power, great stability due Arylate/Carbon layers, great woody feel, long dwell and good control. Jun 22, 2016

Butterfly Innerforce Layer ZLC
Review of Butterfly Innerforce Layer ZLCSoft woody feel, glassy sound, carbon stability.Slower than IF Layer ALC by a notch and a bit more linear a bit more flexible (just a bit), visibly faster than Korbel JP (new batch). Great blade for allround spin play. Passive and active playing possible due to enough speed and rebound. Works pretty well with T05/H3(tuned), great dwelly outers + deeper composite layers. Medium to Medium-Low throw angle, with high throw rubbers works perfect. Sweet spot is also great. I am not sure but I can't directly feel the carbon (but there is a glassy ping and stability), this blade vibrates a bit (just a milisecond) but this gives good vision of the ball patch. One of the best control blade around there (same "can't miss" feeling like TB ZLF/Ai Fukuhara). I would rate it as lower end of OFF range, not OFF- at all. Really close to IF Layer ALC but with surely softer feel, bit more vibrations, little slower but dwellier. I would even not compare this one to Garaydia series (much thicker) hence different playing characteristic (I owe ALC one and they tends to be better at snapping ball rather than spinning it). Stiga Eternity VPS V
Review of Stiga Eternity VPS VWeight and balance - Well balanced, heaviness toward the handle hecnce you can use heavy and hard rubbers. Mine is 91g.Quality - Stiga is getting better but it still requires edges smoothing. Quite nice and simple box. This blade is handmaded in Sweden. No splinters at all, yet. Great new metal tags - they look awesome! Speed - General speed is between Korbel JP and TB ALC. Rebound - It has some kick but it's not superbly strong, it's more linear. Think about being medicore in the middles. I would call it just a fine quality bounce not too springy not too numb. Spin potential/Flexibility - It's much easier to spin ball with all wood blade than composite, topend spin has slight edge in comparasion with composite blades(w/o t5000/hardcarbons/ect) at full swing. Feel/Stability - Feel is just medium, if you call it medium soft or medium hard you won't make a mistake - it's just medium. In comparasion to ALC (even IFL) feel it's softer. Anyway feel it's quite direct for looping. Summary - If you are looking for all wood blade which can match performance of composite blades it's a way to go. If you wish to get something like Korbel JP but a bit stiffer, more direct and a little more speedy with tad less vibrations, just get this! Control/Speed ratio is much higher than any composite that I held. Cost/Value - Worth to try! Aug 15, 2016
