Weight and balance is nice. It's quite light, as advertised. Would rate speed and *control* closer to '9'. Does everything it should, however isn't the most flexible blade for dwell time while looping. As others have said, hitting and blocking are ideal with this. In short, it's great if you like hard and stiff carbon blades
