New blade for legendary defensive player - Joo Sae Hyuk! New 7-ply wood construction gives power of topspin from mid-distance area. Recommended for aggressive defensive player who like attack and counterattack by topspin.
The problem I had with some wood blades is that for forehand it would be too fast then my backhand chop would suffer, or vise versa my backhand chops with long pips would be good but my forehand attack would be weak. This is right in the middle. Since i stand about middle distance and chop from there, I needed a blade where when I loop with my forehand, I'm catching the ball and lifting the ball with some medium/ medium-high arc. This thing is a spin machine, but if you need to flat hit the 7 ply really helps get some power on the ball. I would say the blade has a soft/medium feel to it. You need to be an active defender with this blade.

Update: The construction quality is questionable. I think some of the wood layers within the blade are splintering. Whenever I grip my racket with a little more force, I feel and hear the wood fibers creak a little and sometimes, on hard hitting I feel something loose within the blade. I would think it feels like an internal splinter? maybe I just had bad luck with my order.
This is the first Nexy brand I've ever tried, and I'm quite satisfied with it. NJSH is very suitable for modern defender who like to chop and attack with top spin. I tried NJSH for nearly one month, three times a week @ 2 hours exercise. At first, I put MX-P 1.8mm FH and Aurus Sound 1.9mm BH. Feels comfortable when push and chop with backhand, feels solid when top spin with forehand. Then I tried to put Feint Long for BH, and it became more solid when chopping, especially from mid and longer distance. The ball went deep to the end of the table. Overall, its a very good blade for active defender.
