The blade Nexy Quabot OFF is a little faster than Calix II. The stroke has a strong rotation, dynamics and speed. The player has a feeling of power and yet excellent control and feeling. Blocks are hard and fast.
Call off the search. With great power comes great overpowering topspin. This is like the Calix 2 on roids. It took a couple of weeks to adjust from the C2 but now I feel like I can do everything I did before with a very noticeable difference in speed/power while only sacrificing a little control. Rasant Powergrip is a perfect fit with Rasant beat on the bh. It's a shakehand blade but I'm playing with it unmodified with a Chinese penhold grip. I said the search was over, but really these guys at Nexy have me curious about all their other power blades.
Had a blast reviewing this blade.
Until setup was black stuff mantra m 2.0mm with red 729 focus 3 snipe. Smashes were quick and easy, but hard to return for the other opponent. Control is great some had issues but it might be their technique no offense. But this blade is regardless very fast and great at control. It's very balanced feels smooth and quality craftsmanship. Way to go nexy!!! Currently switched the mantra m to a black 729 focus 3 snipe as I had trouble feeling how hard I should hit on loops and drives. Flat hitting and smashes I felt confident with the speed it just was a little awkward to spin the ball forward confidently. Nonetheless I have learned to tame it and it is a beast. Raised my rating by a few hundred points since I keep winning my games and hard opponents with surprise
