The blade's brand is from Indonesia. This blade is really fast compared to another cheap carbon blade. I suggest the speed comes from its stiffness and hardness of the wood. Speed is magical if combined with hard rubber. Comparable to old butterfly blades like Sardius, gergely, etc. worth buying for its price. But I think It is better to be combined with soft rubber because of its speed.

I just add few information regarding this blade, not a review. The brand is Surbex. It's 7 plies blade with composition: eukalyptus smoke, sproke, carbon kevlar, core balsa. The thickness is 6.5mm.
