In the development of Quartet VFC, the VICTAS material experts aimed at designing the perfect offensive blade. With V-Carbon, one of the hardest and toughest fibres in the world, Quartet VFC features enormous power and stability for ultimate precision even in the most difficult situations This precision is perfectly complemented by the elasticity and spin potential of the outer Fleece Carbon layer. Enjoy unrivalled precision in passive playing situations and unlimited offensive creativity with the new Quartet VFC. All VICTAS blades featuring DSE technology are based on 5 carefully selected wood veneers combined with 2 high-tech fibre materials. In all VICTAS blades, the first synthetic fibre layer is applied directly on the core ply, which guarantees highly stable bouncing and produces great speed. The outer Fleece Carbon layer generates extra speed and great feel thanks to the slightly softer fibre texture. The Double Synergy Effect of the two synthetic fibre materials and the well-balanced wooden plies guarantees magnificent feel at high speed.
Quartet VFC
Speed: Off- Off+: more like off though
Feeling: Soft-Medium
Pros: its actually one of the best blades for counter looping near the table tbh. The V carbon(aka ZlC) is helps you gain power, when you brush the ball extremely well. The fleece carbon is what gives the safety over the table. Similar like Swat Power. The kick after spinning the ball be like wow.
Cons: really light (I prefer heavy blades). Also being a fast blade, I did see you have to be very technical with the blade.
Summary: I recommend using grip type rubbers on the blade. Hardness doesn't really matter. The higher your level is harder sponge? and vice versa. When you spin the ball the kick in it is like what the heck. It's a very good blade for those that counter loop near the table and play a smart receive play. I play in the U. S and in terms of rating level. I think to use this you need to be in the 1850s-2300 level. The reason I don't use it is that the Niwa Wood is more balanced imo, but imagine Niwa Wood or Swat Power with better spin potential. Speed is bit slower.
Hope this helps.
What can i feel with v15extra the speed vfc more power from ZLC butterfly blade, but the control difficult to play , this blade need he a profesional player to play n need smart found rubber more control, but sometimes many magic ball bounce placement go, stiff but good short touch, thickness near with blade ALC Zhang jike, good long table, who player like return sidespin and beat sidespintop realy2 eazy play, maybe forehand suitable with soft rubber 42 degree,
I had that blade for few months and it was fantastic blade. Best aramid carbon blade in my opinion. Very good topspin blade I liked it more that Quartet LFC and Quartet SFC. This one harder than previous two. more dynamic and better for topspin from different distances. i had the one with purple handle, old one. i would imagine new ones are similar. The old one one of the favorite blades.
