Review of DHS Hurricane 3 Ma Long Forehand (Global Edition) Blue SpongeBought this rubber used from my coach. He tryied and did no like it. He used it only 1 session so it's not really used, I just didn't have the experience out of the box. Well, this rubber surprised me by its speed, I was expecting a dead sponge feeling because I'm using it unboosted, but actually it's not. I can compare its speed to fastarc G1, in passive shots it's slightly slower, but in active shots it's faster and a ton spinnier. The sponge is very hard, but the the topsheet is very soft, thin and the pimples are very small. All of this makes this rubber very easy to use (compared to others chinese tacky rubbers). Dispite beeing 42°, it feels a tick softer than sanwei target pro (claims 40°). The only thing I felt very hard to do was lifting against backspin. Perfect tecnique is required to do this, otherwise it goes to the net. All the other drills, this rubber is very good, mainly on topspin exchange. The spin this rubber produces is so high the ball hits the table and goes flat after bouncing, I was shocked. The rubber is very tacky but it's not as tacky as I expected. It lifts the ball 1 second and thats it. Takiness did not faded after 20h playing. Its throw angle increases with the force of the stroke. Low force, low throw angle, in high power strokes, you can really incline the blade almost paralel to the table and it will grab it and put it on the table. But when I say high power, I mean it! You can really put force with correct placement and tecnique to extract its potential (I know Im not able to use not even close to 100% of this rubber). With nornal force strokes, this rubber is not slow, neither hard to use. The ball still goes with a lot of spin and you can really control it easily. After each session clean it with a drop of water and a clean sponge, or your clean hand and put the plastic protector, non adhesive one. You dont need to wait to dry, you can put the protector with the rubber still humid. This is the way to keep it tacky

Review of Nittaku Fastarc G-1Using this rubber on my FH now. Came from vega europe, and what a change! Fastarc G1 is amazing, it goes through the gears in a very linear way. Short game is a very controled rubber, easy to play. When you start to hit harder, it wants to go faster and faster. Harder you hit, faster and spinnier it will be. Loops are so easy, top spins are very spinny and easy to put on the table. This rubber is a must try for everyone.
Just for comparison, in my opinion this rubber plays very similar to vega pro, the diferences are: short game is more controled, pro is more explosive, in high gears I found them very similar in speed. G1 is easier to loop and more controlable in top spins. Throw angle is almost the same.

Review of Sanwei Target NationalVery tacky rubber, and very hard sponge. Topsheet is soft, and grabs the ball really well in all types of shots. The tackyness of the rubber fades in the first session of training, but the rubber keeps very grippy, and the ball does not slip off at all dispite the lack of tackyness. After the session, if you clean the rubber using only water and a sponge, the tackyness will come back (that's the way I did it and it worked). This rubber is very controled in short game, I would say slow. In passive shots, it is very slow, but when you start to activate the ball, it starts to show its speed. This rubber is very fast if you use the correct tecnique on your full stroke, and the amount of spin it generates is just insane. I woutdn't say it is a hard rubber to play with, because it is very controlable and slow on low force strokes. But, in order to use the full potential of this rubber, you need to have a good tecnique, and good footwork to always be in a good position to make active strokes. Overall, it is a very linear rubber, you will have to do the work. The throw angle is lower than nittaku fastarc g1, but not by much. Serves are very VERY spinny, and blocking fast attacks is easy.

Review of Xiom Vega EuropeI bit soft for me, in short game the catapult effect is noticeble, and when you hit hard, it bottoms out quick. It is very controlable, because of its speed, but I don't like the non linearity of it (my opinion). Now lets go for the game perception: Drives are easy to do, top spins are spinny but not very fast, short game is a little bit hard due to high catapult effect, loops are easy and spinny. Far from the table it lacks power, but medium distance is okay. When it wears out, it gets very inconsistent.

Review of Xiom Vega ProI'm using this rubber on my BH, for me it is a very good rubber, for both wings. It is a little bit explosive in short game due to high catapult effect, but nothing uncontrolable. It is not a rubber for begginers, I would say, it is quick and very spin sensitive. Drives are easy, top spins are spinny and fast, loops are very spinny (not easy to do in the beginning, but with training it gets easier), flicks are good and chops are very hard to do. Overall this rubber is lethal, it demands a good tecnique to use its full potential. Throw angle is medium high, and it is very durable. For comparison, it is slower than omega 7 series, slower than t05, about the same speed(a bit quicker) as fastarc g1. Spinnier thar mxp, less spin than t05 and fastarc g1.

Review of Xiom Omega VII Guang ChinaI changed my DHS Hurricane 3 blue sponge 42° on my fh for this rubber. My review will be comparing them. The first noticeble differnce is the catapult effect. While the H3 has none, the O7 china has a noticeble one. It is fairly quicker in short game and blocks than the H3. The second thing you notice is the lack of tackiness. The H3 is a ocean tackier than the O7 china. This impacts the game a lot, becaus with the H3 you can brush the ball as thinlly as you want, and the rubber will grip the ball. With the O7 china was happening at the begining the ball slipping on the rubber. After a few hours you get used to both of the things I said. In general, the H3 is spinnier (not saying the O7 china produces low spin, it's just not as much as a H3). Now lets go to the similarities... the throw angle is very similar, the speed on drives is very similar, and the hardness is similar as well. I would say the O7 china is easier to play with because you don't need to activate every single ball due to catapult effect (noticeble when compared with the hurricane, but not high at all compare with an euro rubber). Conclusion: the O7 china is a very good rubber, it is a fast rubber and gets faster with the force of the shot. It has medium control, and it is not the easiest rubber to use. It demands good technique and force. If tpu like to play passive shots this is not for you. If you thinking on a replacement for the Hurricane, I would say it is a heavily tuned hurricane with 85% of its tackines gone.

Review of Xiom Omega VII ProVery good rubber. It is fast, and produces good spin. It is not that easy to produce the amount of spin this rubber is capable of, so it demands good technique. The throw angle medium. If tou have good technique, it can do whatever you want very well, loops, drives, chops... some things are not as easy to do as with a vega pro for example, but the power and lethality of the shot is amazing.

Review of Yinhe Mars V2This rubber is a bit strange for me. Used it on my bh. It is incredibly good to loop on a backspin, but all the other shots are not good. It is very slow, even with correct tecnique and good power. Th ball goes to the net very easy due to the lack of speed. People who bought this rubber thinking it is a t05 clone, it's not even close! Lacks speed and spin is okay. The topsheet is medium tacky, and the sponge hardness feels harder than a vega pro, but the topsheet is very soft and thin. I would say its hardness is about 48 to 50 degrees (I bought the hardest rubber, but I know there is a softer version). If you want a cheap rubber that plays like euro rubbers, go for kokutaku 868, because the mars 2 is not a good option. OBS: I tested this rubber with yinhe mercury 11, wich for me is quicker than a primorac carbon, so this rubber is actually very slow
