Review of Andro Rasanter V47Switched from Hammond pro B which is a control machine but lacks a little in speed and spin after about 20 hours of use when not boosted. I use this on my BH and I was mostly looking for something faster that I could powerloop off the table with and still have a strong presence close to the net/table. This is for sure a good choice (I have the 2.3 max) if you do flicks, counterhits, and smashes close to the table and loop mid to far from the table. The speed is ridiculous and you can still get good amounts of spin when the technique is right. Would not recommend if you just like to loop and focus on spinny serves, for that I suggest the R47 which is what I have on my forehand in 2.3 max. The V47 serves are okay but I have had trouble keeping them short might be since I prefer FH serves and practice more with the R47. Great rubber if you want straight, flat and incredibly fast shots. I use it on the andro ligna off blade.

Review of Andro Rasanter R47Switched from the Rasant Grip since I needed to replace my old one and they stopped making it. So I went with the R47 based on a few reviews and it was the right choice. This is much spinnier than the grip and the throw angle is a little higher. My powerloops were dropping closer in on the table and some of my usual opponents had a way harder time returning my shots and even commented on the increase in spin. Doing my usual serves I could clearly see results from the increase in spin as well. I don’t think the speed on smashes, drives, etc is much better than the grip, probably just about the same. There is less catapult than the grip based on some passive blocks I did to test but still enough to get balls over the net with some pace if you ever needed to. I use the R47 2.3 max on FH on my Andro Ligna Off blade. I use V47 in 2.3 max on BH. But I might switch to R47 on BH as well based on how it handles.
