Donic Acuda S3

Review of Donic Acuda S3Good rubber for looping from mid distance. I have it on my fh with max size and on a xiom offensive s blade. The problem I have with this rubber is that it's hard to loop close to the table. Slow looping close to the table is even harder. I think it has to do with the tensor on this rubber. The ball usually goes far and fast even if you try to slow loop. But the good thing about the rubber is how awesome it is when you are at mid distance. I can make some crazy shots from mid distance.Update: After some practise the slow loops works fine though. It's deffinetly a good rubber. Best rubber I have used! Love it! Review of Donic Coppa X3 Silver2013-06-26: Just bought this rubber. Was intendent to use on backhand. But couldent resist to try it out with forehand also. Not a good fh rubber since its hard to loop with. If you hit the loop it's very much spin though. But the ball has low throw. Tried it with my backhand mostly though since its my purpose to use it with backhand. It's a good bh rubber. Good to block with and good to hit hard with away from the table. Works well to flip with also. Am happy with it so far as a backhand rubber.2013-08-27 (update): it has a very low throw as people are saying! That was pretty much why I bought it. The ball sometimes goes in the net because of that. But I guess you get used to it after a while. Coppa x3 also works very well for me to loop with backhand. Aug 27, 2013

Donic Bluefire M3

Review of Donic Bluefire M3It's easier to slow loop with this rubber compared to acuda s3. The mid distance loops is way better with acuda s3. It might be more spin in m3 but the acuda s3 has way better ball line. So the arc is a is little bit higher on m3 when topspinning. One thing with m3 is that its easy to save balls when you are late to it. Dont know if thats a good thing though. Atleast not for your development cycle. The weight of the rubber is pretty heavy. Nothing I care about very much though. Another problem is in normal shots with this rubber. When you ain't looping and just try to play it normal. Here you notice that you need to change something. The ball goes very far in these situations. It often goes long. No problem if you block with it though. Here the rubber works very well. It's when you put pressure on the ball with a normal stroke that it behavies weird. Another thing I noticed with the rubber was how hard it was to glue it on to my blade. Re glued it twice and it's still not attached properly. Will use it for atleast one more practise ...Jul 22, 2013
