Review of Palio CJ8000Had this on a defensive ultralight blade, paired with defensive long pips on bh, the setup was just... weird. I felt like the rubbers didn't belong to that blade so I took them out and used this Red on another blade. Had it boosted with 2.0mm Haifu Seamoon, really good speed and awesome spin. Best used for Spin. Really clear rubber tacky cleany jumpy spinny rubber. One of the best cheap rubbers out there.
Speed: dependable on the blade. For me its a 7.5
Spin: it's a 8.5. Really good and spinny crazy snakes but sometimes its a little too plushy like the Ball goes onto the rubber so you have to hit the exact timing for some Spin
I don't know about the control though, I couldn't really feel it that much because I was tryna do many shots with it, but if for some the control is the same with the Spin, then it must mean you have to have a controllable blade and sponge thickness.

Review of Tuttle 2013 Positive EnergyThis review is for old gen 2013 with the Red Tacky Rubber. I managed to get my hands on a Oldschool Superb Red+Black Kazak Special hard bat for offensive style of play (which didn't suit me at all, I prefer more of an all round blade) This Quality Blade was Stiff, Hard, and Heavy. Had Both 2.0mm Good ol' White rubber with Red TT2013 on fh and black one on bh.
Red: It immediately caught my eye with how CLEAN the rubber was, cleanest rubber I saw I could see the rubber holes inside, and the gum was sparkling. Now, this rubber offered some type of underspin-snake? that I couldn't activate, when I gave the paddle to a Guy who played for 2-5 years, man, then It started to really shine, It literally catapulted the Ball in the table like a tensor, and the Ball had an after effect when it launched off the table. I had other brand "cheap" rubbers in hand like Palio CJ8000 and some other Middle tacky rubbers from Stiga and Donic. But none of these had this crazy spin like this one had. It's a little more speedy than CJ8000, a tidy bit less tacky (but still more than enough tacky), and this old one is spinnier than Palio, but not the new tuttle chinese ones, the new ones are non tacky and have less quality, so go for Palio if you want something similar to this old good one. If you are beginner or Intermediate player with focus on spin and want tacky rubbers.
The Black one is a little less tacky than the Red one, but its still enough tacky. Its almost as good, but if you say you play against an opponent that just smashes against you, remember, this rubber is for Control and Spin, not Defence, so after some rallies you might put the ball out of the table. (It needs some experience with Fast speeds to be able to handle the velocity of this rubber).
Im guessing that this rubber works best with a hard bat. However, it was not for me, and I ended up gifting it to my friend, in which hands i was sure it would be used at its True potential. so it's a happy ending for her
