Review of Andro Hexer Powergrip SFXThis was my first tensor rubber and it is a strange one. I have 2.1 mm on both sides of Andro Novacell OFF/S. It feels soft but it has lot of spin even for slow serves. I don't know if the reason is the blade or the topsheet. Anyway, with my technique AHPSFX is better for serves than for example way higher ranked Victas V > 01 Stiff with more flexible Koki Niwa Wood. If you like soft rubbers this is the best I have used and the weight is light. Incredible control after you get used to the rather small catapult effect. This is not made for looping but blocking and chopping are easy and if you like to play close the table this might be the right rubber for you. Highly recommended for beginners especially if you have not tried tensors before. I really like the low throw angle. It's hard to hit the ball over the table. Biggest problem is the lack of speed but then again you can win points with accuracy.

Review of Andro Hexer PowergripAndro HP 2.1mm. Black uncut 72g. Red 69g. 47.5 degrees. I have it on both sides of Donic Original No.1 Senso. The spin and control are great. Even on Tabletennis Reference the spin is 9 and the control 8.2 on average, and usually nothing made in Europe gets good reviews on TTR because the rubbers are not tacky or hard enough. The small tensor effect is just right for my intermediate level. The topsheet is a bit too soft for powerful loops. Opening backspin is easier than with any rubber I've ever used before. Perfect throw angle and arc. Highly recommended if you are an intermediate player who prefer grippy medium hard rubbers instead of tacky hard ones. The only problem is the softness of the natural rubber topsheet. It breaks so easily that at this point I'm considering metal edge tape.

Review of DHS Gold Arc 8Intermediate player. 47.5 degrees, Max. Definitely the easiest rubber I've ever played with. The closest comparison is Fastarc G-1 but because this has a softer topsheet it feels like playing with something between C-1 and G-1 (which both have the same harder topsheet). Practically not tacky at all, just grippy. I have it on FH of Andro Novacell OFF/S and Donic Original No.1 Senso. Works on both. So far I have Andro Hexer Powergrip on BH but in the future I'll use GA 8 on both sides. I don't know if you can even call this a tensor rubber since the catapult is so small that it doesn't reduce control. However, it is still slightly bigger than in the Nittaku Fastarc series which in my opinion is a good thing. The short game is incredibly easy. Likewise looping. The only small disappointment is the spin on slow serves. Powergrip is much better on them. I used to think that G-1 is the universal rubber but actually this is it.

Review of Killerspin FortissimoLooks like they used to sell this rubber separately about a decade ago since the last review is from 2015. Nowadays you can't buy just the rubber. That is a service to humanity. I bought a Killerspin Kido 5A RTG Premium even though it was extremely expensive ($150). What a waste of money. The company is famous for their intensive advertisement. I wonder why anybody can say that this rubber has any good features if they are not working for them. Absolutely no spin nor gears. If it wasn't fast I would call this anti-spin rubber. Anyway, it is fast with light Kido 5 blade and really easy to control since it is completely spin insensitive. If you can't create a spin it means that you have no problems with incoming spin. The 2mm sponge is really soft since even with the lightest push you can hear that "blob" sound when the ball hits the wood. The best thing was the paddle case. There is place for two blades and enough space for couple of balls. I still have the blade and since it is really lightweight and rather flexible I will throw the rubbers away and replace them with decent ones. Current spin is estimated 9.1. Give me a break! It is not over 6 compared to Nittaku Fastarc G-1 (9.3), Victas V > 01 Stiff (9.1), Xiom Omega V Tour (9.4) and others I have used. Even Fastarc C-1 (9.1) is much better.

Review of Loki RXTON 5I bought a Loki 9 Star blade with RXTON 5's from AliExpress so I can't guarantee my rubbers were genuine. Anyway if someone is thinking about buying the same rtg from Ali don't waste your money. Those rubbers were completely dead and didn't get any better. They were fast but there was no real spin. The only positive thing was practising BH top spin. The ball never went over the table since the throw angle was so low.

Review of Nittaku Fastarc G-1One of the best rubbers for beginners and intermediate players. I had it on both sides of Yasaka Sweden Extra when I started playing again after 20 years' break. Great control, speed and spin. I have since moved on with blades but still has G-1 on both sides of my other Andro Novacell OFF/S (Dandoy Sports sold both colours in Max!). This is the universal rubber. Not sensitive to incoming spin. Most people seem to prefer C-1 or S-1 on BH with G-1 on FH but I like to use this on both sides. Durability is incredible! No changes in quality after 100 hours.

Review of Nittaku Fastarc C-1The best rubber for my intermediate skills. Good at everything, especially in chop block. Very forgiving rubber. Every mistake is mine. More suitable for me than G-1, which I have used in several blades. The top sheet is same on both, but it is much more fun to play with this 45 degree sponge, and I also get better spins with it. I have tried C-1 (2mm) on forehand with Killerspin Kido 5A and Donic Original No 1 Senso, and it works on both. For the backhand I think I need a tensor rubber of the same hardness. I believe Andro Hexer Grip would be a good match for this.

Review of Victas V > 01 StiffThe initial impression was that 01 Stiff has a good control. Then again, I have it on both sides of Koki Niwa Wood and that blade has about the best control in the world. With Niwa this rubber feels rather soft and has more than a medium throw angle. It is really bouncy which creates some problems since I like to play near the table. It is nice for looping far from the table. Not made for chopping. For some reason I can't get enough spin to slow serves but the reason may be the flexibility and softness of Niwa. Fast serves and sidespins are great. I like it on BH but I need a better rubber for serves so I will change Fastarc G-1 or Yasaka Rising Dragon to FH. I think that 01 Stiff works better with stiff and hard blades. Another thing, I don't have a scale but this rubber feels a lot heavier than the reviewed 4.3. Fastarc G-1 is rated 5.5. but this feels even heavier.

Review of Xiom Omega V TourI have this on both sides of Koki Niwa Wood. After reading the reviews I expected so much from this rubber. Unfortunately I didn't quite get what I hoped. The control is incredible but the spin is not. Usually I blame my lack of technique but I have seven different rackets and I can compare them with each other. For example G-1 has way more spin. I still like to play with Omega 5 Tour but in my opionion that 9.4 for spin is way too high + the durability is quite awful. The sponge was medium soft after 40 hours of training and the top sheet is pretty soft even when it's new. The throw angle is exactly what I hoped for and it is not spin sensitive. It is really safe to play with this rubber.
