Review of Andro RasantTo me, at first, it was a big disappointment. It felt like a fast anti spin rubber. So I put it away in displease. After a few weeks it came to my mind that it might play different on another blade. So I put it on a stiffer blade and the difference was such that it could not just be because of the blade. So I put it back on my regular blade. The rubber had become very spinney by just "resting". And is still very fast. Although it's kind of hard sponge it is flexible enough to sink in the ball by hitting hard. And that is how you have to do if you want to get all its spin potential. Yet not the rubber for an average player like me. I would say a more trained player would like this rubber for f/h. Someone who has the proper technique for the short game. On the attacking game anyone can use it.

Review of Donic Bluefire M2I chose M2 as a substitute for Acuda S2 on a j-pen set up looking for more hard hitting capability. IMO the S2 is for controlled spin-attacking game. And, yes the M2 being heavier and a little harder, is more suitable for more aggressive game. But both are very similar. Mine is a red 2.0 but the first time I played w/. it it felt like 2.5 glued rubber (?). Also compared to the Rasant (2.0) they are very similar in the attacking game but the M2 is more versatile playing small shots. The truth is that I haven't found anything "that" extraordinary about the M2 except it's a good all-around attacking rubber. By the way, I didn't find that chemical substance they say it has.

Review of Donic Bluefire M3On a very fast one ply j-pen. I practiced four hours w/ it trying to do my game: Block and drive. Over all, I liked the rubber. But I will have to adapt to it somewhat. I would say it's for an all-around spinney game w/ a good speed in storage. It's one of those rubbers that "asks for spin". It will easily fly off the board if you just drive the ball, you have to topspin if you want something that looks like a drive. The blocks are interesting and surprising. Even though is not the ideal rubber for blocks because of the grip you can control it pretty well because of the huge dwell time. I will update.

Review of Donic BlueGrip S2There were not many reviews so I had to rely on my previews experience w/. Acuda S2 which I used to play with years ago. This rubber is ALMOST sticky, and grippy it is, which I prefer. My present setup is j-pen 10mm w/. Fastarc G1. I had to buy this Bluegrip S2 for a Tamca 5000 a friend gave me. From the resultant combination I find this rubber to be spinneyer than the FArc G1 (and the Acuda S2) so more reliable on that department. Slower than the FArc G1 and w/. a higher throw angle too. Good control also if you rely on spin for that. I would not use it on anything slower than an Off blade. Also better for spinney serves. I can only say that, on this fast setup, blocks of any kind are somewhat more difficult but doable. The adjustment from my favorite setup (to this faster one) was easy. I can smash safely and make better fast loops. I only hope this rubber is as long lasting as the Acuda S2. All in all, the combination of a fast blade w/. the BGrip S2 was a success since I didn't have to modify my game too much compared to my regular setup. But I will stick to the G1 setup for better control of my game.

Review of Mizuno GF T48It was a gift, about halfway it's life. My is style j-pen so I use it for bh & fh. Good for driving and block passive or aggressive. But it also has enough spin for good services, if I adapt my movement to a rubber this quick. I purchased a new one I intend to glue to a fast blade. It would be too fast for my other blades on which I normally use medium soft spinney rubbers like M3 or FXS. I'm hoping the new combination with a slower blade will compensate for the extra speed of this new rubber.
