Tibhar Nimbus

Review of Tibhar NimbusI think this rubber has a lot of spin (just put some WD40 on the sponge and rubber surface when you feel that the rubber loses its spin (you can try this also on other rubbers !!!)pushing short is very difficult , very good for looping and smashing , can also block , very good rubber for attacking style of play, if you hit the ball right you can produce really monstrous balls with it, not suited for beginners , sometimes the ball just shoots away like a rocket, some click sound when you hit the ball right Nov 27, 2011

Tibhar Aurus Sound

Review of Tibhar Aurus Soundafter playing with the Aurus soft too , i am convinced this rubber is a lot more controllable than the soft versionOn a Tibhar Samsonov Alpha blade in 1,9mm both sides it is a loopers dream, blocks exremely well , pushes well , does everything very well. edit : on a Waldner Senso Carbon : not good for chopping , almost impossible for really short play, long backspin ball is possible , but difficult to play backspin on topspins coming from the opponent. Is similar to Genius Sound but longer durability and more grippy, but faster. I think faster than Tenergy 05 ! Very fast rubber. Very good loopers rubber ,purely for attack play, not for backspin , superb for topspin !! Jun 03, 2016

Yinhe Sun

Review of Yinhe SunI tried a 2,2 mm red yinhe sun (hardness 33 marked on sponge) on a Waldner Senso Carbon blade and i was really disappointed, not fast, very difficult to get heavy spin on the ball (only with very fast arm movement), on the up-side it is very linear and controlled , so has good control to block and push and service returnBut as a ESN tensor user for about 4 years now (Andro Revolution, Revo Fire, Nimbus, Donic Coppa JO Gold) i was not happy at all with this rubber. Maybe i have one from a bad production batch ? Jan 05, 2012
