Butterfly Tenergy 80

Review of Butterfly Tenergy 80Perfect speed.Huge spin and control. Incredible at blocking. Killing loops. Very powerful when hit hard (a little less control in this department but OK). Very very controllable and spinny in short game and opening loops. You can feel how it grabs the ball in every stroke. The perfect hardness and dwell time. A little bit too hard when new but it becomes softer after a few days of use. Don't know about durability nor consistency. Very expensive but love it. Best FH rubber i've tried and probably Bh too but i'm going to keep Bluefire M3 in the BH by the moment wich was my previous FH rubber (M3 is awesome for FH but i think it's even better for BH if you like high throw angled rubbers in the BH). Donic Acuda Blue P1 Turbo

Review of Donic Acuda Blue P1 TurboGood rubber but, in my opinion, overrated about speed and spin and underrated about control.Very nice feeling of griping the ball specially when you engage the sponge (a little muted when you don't) but it's kind of a false feeling. The spin is not that high and there is kind of a limit in the amount of spin you can generate. The same happens with speed, so it lacks speed and spin top gears. It's less than linear, really. But maybe because of that, it's a very safe rubber. I use it on backhand and i can swing very hard with a lot of confidence. The throw angle is medium high, and higher the harder you swing, so the ball makes a very pronounced arc and lands on the table in the last moment but the real spin is not as high as it seems to be. Nice short game and blocking, serving is quite good too. Not very heavy and medium feeling, not hard at all. Very nice backhand rubber but not for forehand IMO Feb 10, 2017

Tibhar Evolution FX-P

Review of Tibhar Evolution FX-PTop quality rubber as usual in Tibhar.Using it in the FH side of a Stratus Power Wood in 2,1-2,2 thickness (max.), black. With X2 platin soft max. in the BH, raquet has a perfect weight and balance (My SPW is a little bit sanded down in the head, about 3 mm) For me, the best FH rubber to date. It's very similar to Bluefire M3. I'm not sure if it's because is newer and a little bit thicker sponged than my M3 (2 mm), but i feel that FX-P is a little bit harder, faster and with more catapult. In mid distance is more powerfull than the M3 but control (insane), touch (so good) and spin is as good as m3 if not better. Slow if you want to but a rocket if you loop hard. Short game is easy and natural. Even chopping is so easy. Perfect rubber for me. We'll see how it "evolves" but first days performance is absolutely brilliant. You can like it more or less but there's no doubt that it's a TOP TOP quality rubber and deserves at least a 9 overall rating. RNL reviewer gave it a 3. That's absurd. By the way, I had no problem at all when glueing. I used Donic Vario Clean glue. And at 36 eur price, it's a total bargain. I wonder how is the new 5Q sound compared to it. Victas V > 11 Extra

Review of Victas V > 11 ExtraIts a good rubber but not hard or medium hard at all. I bought it looking for a medium hard but light rubber, and it's not. It's a medium soft rubber with all the pros and cons of a rubber of this type. Good control, medium high throw, very forgiving, but limited spin and power potential, etc.Anyway, better than others in the same range and really light. About 10 g less than a cut Evolution EL-S, for example Feb 11, 2021
