The softest version of the Proton Neo series will be a thrill for any player preferring soft, super-elastic and controlled OFF rubbers. You will benefit from the improved ball control, especially in passive playing situations. GEWO Proton Neo 325 is designed for excellent control even in the most difficult situations. The arriving speed of the ball is perfectly absorbed by the soft sponge enabling perfect control when it comes to pushing, blocking or chopping. In attacking topspin situations, GEWO Proton Neo 375 produces unbelievable spin.

I bought this rubber expecting great control, but the control is not that good, despite being soft and slow. Specifically, this rubber is difficult to control when looping and smashing, although flat smashes can produce award trajectories. However, blocking and pushing are easier to control. It is easy to put a moderate spin on the ball, but brushing the ball harder will only result in a marginal increase in spin. Overall, I'm disappointed and I don't recommend this rubber, especially if you are looking for an offensive rubber for loops, smashes, and drives. I used this on Xiom Aigis (defensive) blade.

This is by far the softest sponge I've ever seen! Got it in 1.8mm. It's so soft that harder balls easily push through to the blade (sounds more "woody" then). I'm not entirely sure if that's good or not, but I think I'll take a thicker version next time. And there WILL be a next time, this is a great rubber for me. I want to keep my paddle as lightweight as possible. And with 51g uncut this is also the lightest rubber (in this thickness) I've ever had. If you like good control with a lightweight paddle, the Proton Neo 325 might be ideal for you. Blocks work very fine, and serving is quite easy. With proper technique it can create a lot of spin. It probably lacks some speed for those who want it really fast, but this is not my style anyway.
