You have to careful with this rubber. It is a modern and good offensive rubber if you can handle it, To me all the differences to all the other tensor rubbers are so massive that I have to try this one in my backhand. Forehand experiences, first the "plus" ones: good spin also in serves, reasonable control, easy blocking. "Minus" ones: when spinning, you have to be careful not to brush the ball too much. In that case the ball will fly over the table. Underspin and receiving serves is not that easy. I will try this in my backhand and I will update my review....
always hated stigas rubbers, but this one was really good! I have tried a lot of rubbers and this one is a keeper. I still think tenergy is a better rubber, but only for better players! If you aren't a professional player i think you will get better result with DNA instead of tenergy. DNA can be compared with tenergy 05 because both are spinny with a high arc.
I think the rubber felt pretty soft for being 47 ESN degrees, I could easily choose 50 on FH. DNA isn't too pricy for a new good rubber so try it if you would like a wannabe tenergy 05 which has a bit more control and a bit less spin and speed
I used many many rubbers, I was a EJ junkie trying so many saying "this is the best". But after testing so much blades and rubbers, I came back to this. Now I'm using Carbonado 45, Dignics 09c fh and Dna pro m 2.1 bh. Now I'm using this combo for a year already and feeling no need to use anything else. I have enough spin and speed to kill any ball with my technique.
I'm trying to break into top 200 of my country, with the current improvement growth that is bound to happen.
Really happy with this all around attacking rubber.
It's been 6 months since I bought this rubber and I've been using it as my main backhand rubber. Safe and controllable BUT it lacks spin. Speed is kind of ok and very suitable for backhand. Easy flicks even though it lacks spin and SUPER EASY blocks. It compares to Xiom Omega VII Euro in speed but as i said, this rubber lacks spin. If I had my O7Euro with me i would use it but my friend is using it. The lack of spin is not that important for me though. So I still use it as my main bh rubber in 2.1 thickness.
It’s easy to play with this rubber. The topsheet is soft and very grippy. Easy to generate a god spin without using to much power. However to
generate a huge amount of topspinn by using brutal force is harder. I guess because the same soft topsheet. Tried it on forehand side first but later i found out it suits me perfect on backhand. I find it easy to use the wrist in backhand but it’s harder in forehand.
