big Canadian-born-Chinese boy. think NFL fullback/linebacker, and you'll be about right. 6'2" and look about 230 (but I'm not, thanks for thinking it though.)
real life derailed a potential pro TT career, but I love the game more than ever. after detouring into other sports, I've returned to my true love.
Playing Style
formerly an all-out deadball attacker, my game has evolved into a short, deception and control-based game with massive smashes from any distance if you screw up.
not one to overlook history, however, most of my training and play has been with traditional CPen players and I'm not above pulling out some old-school tricks/defensive play/close-to-the table flicks and drops.
at higher levels of competition, I can compete with a nice balance of picture-perfect strokes (thanks to a childhood of high-level coaching), long reach, technical skill and massive natural power on demand.
I model my game after Waldner & Samsonov, but with the power of a Schlager or Johnny Huang.
