National Strike comes with an out of the package playability previously only found in speed glued rubbers. Stride has much more elasticity and energy than traditional Chinese rubbers, giving the ability to exceed in spin even with water based glues. This is a very stable yet spinney rubber, designed for controlled attack with emphasis on spin.

I tested NS and lost so I went back to Sanwei Gears and won.

A pretty good quality rubber with good spin and very good control. Probably does best with a fast blade. Great control. Very good option for players looking for good spin and control who do not need super "put away" ability.

I am more of a defensive player who plays with this on my forehand. I find that it has amazing control and when playing an aggressive attacker that you can pretty much block all the loops with little or no effort bringing back a no spin ball. But, when I go on the attack this rubber gives you low trejectory shots with LOTS of spin due to how tacky the surface is. I wouldn't know what to compare it to but I would recommend it to the novice to intermidiate player and for the price of the rubber you can't go wrong at $14
