This new COPPA X2 offers a good balance between attacking and agressive allround table tennis.Whether one is playing close or away from the table, speed, spin and control come naturally. Speed is of course inbuilt but durability has also been increased. An added bonus is that this rubber is well suited to produce power for a strong backhand player.Sponge hardness: soft-mediumPlaying characteristics: Well balanced rubber offering both speed and control.

Recommended for: Power-Allround, Spin, Block and Smash.

I have been using this rubber for a year in 2.0 mm red version on forehand, paired with Donic Epox Powerallround blade. I bought it for 30 euros. It has an adequate speed for me, it is fast but not too fast, slower than fast tensor rubbers, it is also very controllable, made for precise smashing and blocking. Due to its medium-low throw angle, it is weak in using topspin strokes against heavy incoming backspin and that stroke needs special effort. It is also slightly sensitive for incoming spins, so the very heavy incoming topspin also bounces off sometimes. Its pair, the Donic Coppa X3 gives more spin, despite it has even lower throw angle. I do not recommend this rubber for spin-oriented top class players, but it is a good choice for players who rely on strong counterhits.

For the backhand rubber, i put on the DONIC Coppa X2. I like this rubber a lot! It is somewhat the same as DONIC Bluefire M2, but i think DONIC Coppa X2 has that little more of control, and lower tradjectory. This rubber is really fast, but not that kind of lighting fast like DONIC Acuda S1 Turbo, but still this is far more faster than any convient rubbers out in the market with also good decnet amount of spin. Why do I say this rubber suit my backhand? Cause I use the traditional Backhand to push when near table, but as I step back, I€™ll start to use the reverse backhand. As the reverse backhand will make the ball spin more than traditional backhand block, this rubber is just what i need as the spin i can use my wrist to have more spin, but the rubber can help me have a faster ball. The weight is quite light, definitely comfortable for both Backhand. The throw angle wise is quite low but still you will find that you will play comfortably with this rubber.

Used it as BH and FH, when new plays really well, quite fast and controllable rubber with decent spin, pairs OK with most of my blades, but best results I am getting from T-8, T-11 and Stiga Tube Carbo.

pretty disappointing rubber, low speed, little sound and low off-table performance. Not a well balance between speed, spin and control. Over emphasis on close-to-table performance. Totally differ to X1, I consider this rubber not a softer version of x1 but something dissimilar to x1. Hybrid of German and Japanese styles.

the perfect rubber for blocking. perfect for backhand. incredible control. spin is not as much as acuda, but control is immensely better. drives and hits are great. loops are good and controllable. speed is like acuda s2, maybe a bit less. throw is medium-low, lower than acuda s2, a bit lower than acuda s1, almost identical to sigma pro. for forehand you might choose x1 because x2 might be too slow (unless you have fast carbon). very durable.
