Stiga Defensive NCT

this blade is incredible! I mean the control is insane and the speed and spin too.. better than tibhar power defense that I've been using it for 3 years but this blade all of my shots gives consistently well... block, chops, loop and smash. great combination with stiga vertical 55 in 0.6 long pips... Its great!

Perfect slow and still fast enough to do some spinny slow disturbing loops with rakza7 1.8 mm soft. Thinking this blade had little power, but was I wrong. The blade gives ultimate control and plays very well in a defensive/allround game with Juic Neoanti 1.8 mm and gives great control blocking close to the table and for chops 2-3 metres away from the table. A quality blade, the head is a little bigger compared to ordinary Stiga blades. I think that makes the blade more forgiving. Had a hard time to find this with anatomic handle, was out of stock at Stiga. Having played with all+ blade for many years, I find that this blade takes my game to a higher controlled level.

More people should play with defence wood.

Made in Sweden. My first defensive blade, light, large, with a large sweet spot, and slow enough for a me to use Tibhar Grass DTech in OX. I did the mistake however of not getting the most spiny hard rubber for the other side. I don't feel vibrations, and prefer it this way.

Nice NCT veneer finish. Difficult to find right rubbers. If you are a modern defender try Stiga Boost TS on the offensive side or Boost TX. Can't tell what to put on defensive side. Try pimples, try chop rubbers. Beautiful handle by the way.
