Review of Gewo CODEXX Super Select Pro 55Update. After six months of playing with this rubber i can say it's a perfect rubber for chinees style of playing with better speed, control at receiving and passive shots but lower spin at serves. Very grippy not tacky at all. You need to put some pressure on the ball then it sticks to rubber and you can make spin as much as you want. In rallies the amount of spin and speed at the right hand is tremendous. But requires good timing and high speed brushes. Using on gewo pbo pc inforce. I think maybe a softer blade would work better i mean more control and more spin but my configuration also works well with adequate technique. Weaker aspects are serves that require very good technique and backspin openings. Not very weak but needs skill. Shining aspects are topspin, block and speed. Short game is also very good. I can say its an advanced rubber with great potential. Durebility is average as breaks at edges very fast.Dec 13, 2024

Gewo Nexxus EL Pro 45 Superselect

Review of Gewo Nexxus EL Pro 45 SuperselectRelatively good spin and speed. Control and short game are great. On a fast blade medium distance playing is possible but on slower blades it bottoms and lacks power. Instead the spin could be very high on slower blades. Requires high power strokes in real games but if you can deal with that, the placement of ball combined with high amount of spin that could be generated with good brushing, makes it a game winning rubberSep 14, 2024

Review of Victas V > 22 Double ExtraExceptional rubber in almosy every aspect. Serves topspins blocks are good. The only weakness is nonlinearity at hard strokes the throw angel goes very high. The grip is fantastic so the spinning is comparable with chinees tacky rubbers (far from table topspins are very dangerus but near table is hard to make a good quality shot). Good for close to table playing but shines at medium distance. The topspins are spiny and fast with short arm movement. The best rubber i have tried yet (even better than my current rubber hammond z2 in some aspects). Update after eight months playing with this rubber. There is something wierd about this rubber. At pure brushing imean when the spong is not engaged the spin is good and dwell is low but speed is very low at least on an off blade and when combine brush and drive the speed is very good and spin fantastic but the prefoance is somehow unpredictable specially on flexible blades and close to table. I still think that this rubber is exceptional but for top spin needs to relatively stiff blade. On stiff fast blade pure brush workes well and the combination is for advanced players and on stiff lower speed blades off- or all+ control and spin will be fantastic but not too fast. On flexible blades is good for block and tack. And generally it not very good at chop and push.Feb 09, 2025
