Review of Palio CJ8000 Biotech 36-38°Before I start I’d like to say that this is my very first custom rubber that I have used (I have used a few pre made paddles before) and I’d like to say that I’m a Chinese penholder who use tpb and Rpb and am still very much a beginner and as of now I have been using this rubber for 4 months. I use this rubber on my backhand for Rpb and it’s very good.
The speed in general is average but once you hit the right shot it goes very quick and is able to consistently when at it. It’s good for blocking and countering too but you do have to close your bat angle quite a bit for it to do so. This rubber is very spinny (compared to the pre made paddles I have used) and is good for serves, flick receives, and especially looping, but it doesn’t lack out on flat hit’s either. The control is very great and I definitely recommend it for beginners and the gears are very good, you can do spiny & slow loops to quick & fast loops. The throw angle is very high and is very good, so much to the point where I even miss shots because the ball arcs so high that it goes off the table sometimes (this is only because I was getting used to the rubber), and the consistency is unbelievably good. But this was my honest review on this rubber from a beginner’s perspective although I’ve never used this on the forehand I can definitely recommend this rubber for any beginner’s backhand, it doesn’t lack in anything other than it’s more suited for looping then driving and flat hits. I definitely recommend this rubber.

Review of Yinhe 9000DBefore I start I’d like to say that this is my very first custom rubber that I have used (I have used a few pre made paddles before) and I’d like to say that I’m a Chinese penholder who uses tpb and Rpb and is also in high school so I’m still very much a beginner and as of now have been using this rubber for almost 3 months. I use this rubber on my forehand and its a very good rubber for it and also a good rubber for tpb and is able to do tpb topspin’s it seems to have (to me) good speed not slow but not too fast either and it’s also decent for blocking especially tpb blocking, but it is really good at countering shots (back a bit ago I rarely blocked and wanted to be able to with a little bit of getting used to the rubber I’m now confident when blocking with this rubber). Compared to the pre made paddles I’ve used, this rubber has a lot of spin and is very good for serves, push’s, chops, and loops. The control is also very good, good enough for a beginner. Its gears are decent too from what it seems (this is my first rubber so can’t dive too deep in this). I will say overall this rubber is pretty consistent especially for a beginner but it’s throw angle isn’t very high especially for a beginner and that compared with the above average consistency makes it sometimes very hard to get the ball over the net sometimes ( I am still inexperienced with this rubber so maybe it’s just that I’m not used to it fully but I would like to get out as this is what I am experiencing). But that is all I can say for my honest review, overall the rubber is very good and doesn’t lack on anything it’s also definitely not bad for flat shots like drives and smashes but it is definitely better and more aimed towards loops and more spin oriented shots. Then again I am still very much a beginner and is still learning so this is just a honest review from a beginner’s perspective. I recommend this rubber
