Review of Butterfly YukiThis is a very beginner rubber, squarely in the recreational range. It's good only for your first recreational racket, but once you want to play more seriously you'll need much more spin.

Review of Dawei Inspirit QuattroThis is a very fast rubber (though I'm used to Chinese rubbers only). I find it hard to control so I stick to my trusty 729 Cream Transcend on FH. The topsheet is lightly tacky, moreso than the regular Inspirit which becomes completely non-tacky.

Review of Dawei InspiritI like the Inspirit, it's non-tacky, and a great replacement for expensive Japanese/European rubbers.

Review of Dawei 2008 XP (Super Power)This is a great economical rubber. It's lightly tacky and is fairly comparable to most Chinese rubbers. It blocks kind of low, so you have to open your angle a little more I find, which is awkward since I'm used to closing the angle more when blocking loops. This is always what I recommend to people making their first jump up to custom rackets, but purely based on price. Once you refine your stroke, you can still generate mean loops.

Review of Dawei Sprungfeder G3 A2This is a very tacky rubber, too tacky for my tastes. On warm-up volley strokes, you can feel the ball peeling off of the surface of the rubber and thus being very slow. But your loops will be loaded with spin.

Review of Friendship/729 804 (Anti-spin)You really have to know what you want in an anti-spin rubber. This anti has more grip than others, which to most anti players is a bad thing. It's more controlled if you want to attack with it, but won't be as spin-reversing when blocking loops. You can actually generate decent spin with this on serves and such.

Review of Friendship/729 Cream on Magic Red Sponge (MRS)This is a good well-rounded rubber. Not incredibly tacky, medium throw angle (low for a Chinese rubber), with medium soft sponge. I often recommend it to people who don't have a defined style yet, since this is neither here nor there. All in all you can't go wrong with this rubber.

Review of Friendship/729 Focus 3This was surprisingly slow, especially for a non-tacky rubber. It's probably more suitable for controlled blocking (though I haven't tried it with speed glue).

Review of Friendship/729 Cream TranscendI'm a big fan of this rubber. I was previously using the Cream MRS, and then tried this and it added another gear to my loops! I use it on forehand and backhand now, without speed glue.

Review of Friendship/729 SP TranscendThis is a tacky rubber on a medium-hard Transcend sponge. It's not very fast on flat hitting contact, but you can load up the spin on loops.

Review of Friendship/729 729-5I found this faster than the 729-08. Comparing it side-by-side the 729-5 had a higher throw and was definitely faster on flat hitting; loop speed was probably about the same.

Review of Friendship/729 729-08My sheet didn't seem fast, and wasn't very tacky either, seemed only lightly tacky. Even my Cream MRS was clearly tackier.
It had a low throw and a hard sponge, not suited for me.

Review of Friendship/729 FX Lightening (Lightning)It starts out slow and tacky, but then it loses its tackiness and speeds up noticeably. It's a surprisingly fast rubber after this point. So make sure to break it in before you start using it in tournament play.
The weight of my sheet was 44g when cut, so it's about average weight, not light.

Review of KTL (LKT) Pro XPI've only tried this without speed glue, and it's pretty slow. The sponge is butter soft (the softest I've seen) but is very light. The topsheet is very soft as well. I've tried this topsheet on harder sponges and it feels much better. This might be pretty good with speed glue though.

Review of KTL (LKT) Rapid PowerThis has a surprisingly low throw angle. The sponge feels kinda hard, but it has some good speed. It wouldn't be bad for drives, though you might want to hard a softer or flexier blade with this. The loop arc is quite flat.

Review of KTL (LKT) Rapid SpeedThis would make a great looping rubber. It has a comfortable throw angle medium to medium high. It's a completely non-tacky rubber so it will feel like a Euro/Japanese product.
Another great alternative for your Sriver or Mark V.
